Zotero is an open nonprofit software, desktop application that allows you to download the software onto your computer storage space and more for heavy duty integration of research projects and papers, and aids in project management. Think of it as for those who have the time and money to invest and learn about the software before getting into the flow of their work.
The couple of things that Zotero can provide for you but we might be unable to since they are bigger software but that's alright!
– Open Source
– Sticky notes-like function when organizing PDF files
– Metadata Retrieval which is data that gives you ability to explore and view other sets of data
– Detects plagiarism and detects similar content to the subject you are working on
– Large Collaborative Libraries

Hey you guys, I'm doing it: I'm learning Zotero. And you were all right. It's pretty good. (I still think it's ugly and designed in a non-user-friendly which is why it took me so long to come around to trying to learn it.)
